What if we’re not just watching the world unravel … but witnessing the birth of a new one?
For the past two months, I’ve been quietly working on something with my longtime friend and co-conspirator Rudy De Waele. It’s a project born from decades of witnessing each other grow through parallel paths — through tech, startups, conferences, and creative gatherings — and now, through deep inner work, rites of passage, and the integration of masculine and feminine energies.
What began as a conversation has turned into a portal.
And it’s time to open it.
We’re calling it Voices of Emergence. A podcast, yes, and more than that, a field.
I like to open portals.
And this is a space of presence and praxis, where myth meets method, and where we speak with those who have glimpsed what’s possible beyond the collapse.
We’ve recorded twelve episodes so far, enough to carry us through the next three months of weekly releases. The first episode is fully produced (with music pending final approval), and we’ll be launching in just about two weeks.
So what is Voices of Emergence?
It’s fast-paced, alive, and spacious in the way forests are spacious: layered, mythic, full of archetypal resonance.
Rudy and I alternate in hosting conversations that drop in quickly.
There’s no lengthy backstory. No explanation of the field. No description of the portal.
For those already immersed in it, it’ll feel like coming home.
For the curious, it’ll feel like entering an enchanted forest where new ways of knowing await discovery.
We’re speaking to those who already feel the tremors of this polycrisis, who’ve spent time in spaces like Rebel Wisdom, The Stoa, Second Renaissance, Limicon, and Intentional Society. Those working at the edge of sensemaking and collective presencing.
And we’re speaking to those who haven’t heard of any of that — but who know, deep down, that we can’t meet this moment with old maps.
If you’ve been sensing a shift, if you’re holding the tension of collapse and emergence, this is for you.
Some of the voices you’ll hear in our first season:
Giles Hutchins — on regenerative leadership and Leading by Nature
Samina Vabo Ansari — UN Afghanistan, on impact leadership in crisis
Amanda Efthimiou — on integrative consciousness and mental health
Monika Jiang — co-creator of The Oneliness Project
Tom Mansfield — founder of Cards for Life
Timothée Brès — on Genesis Leadership and digital ritual
Pamela von Sabljar — on living from eros and the intelligence of the body
Schuyler Brown — on mysticism, emergence, and systemic transformation
Lisanne Buik — on AI, soul, and graciousness

Plus: Rudy and I interview each other about our own paths and how we got here
We’ll be publishing Voices of Emergence across all platforms in about two weeks.
If you’d like a sneak peek before then, DM me. And if you want to help us midwife this into the world, stay close. Share this. Name someone this might speak to.
Or just listen, deeply, when it arrives.
Let’s re-enchant the world.
Together.
My head has been in the geopolitical realm, but all these other realms interest me too. Do you know about BRICS? It's been described as midwifing the sunrise of a new world. Here's a post about this. It might be a great segment to use in your podcast. https://dianavaneyk.substack.com/p/geopolitics-in-broad-strokes
Congratulations! Sounds amazing
