Two weeks ago, I hinted at something new on the horizon. Now it’s here.
Last Tuesday, we quietly opened the gates with the first episode of Voices of Emergence, a podcast I’m co-hosting with my longtime friend Rudy de Waele. It’s been several months in the making, and I couldn’t be more excited.
We launched with a conversation that felt like a blessing: an hour with Giles Hutchins, a pioneer in regenerative and nature-based leadership. Giles speaks with the authority of someone who has walked both the corridors of corporate strategy and the forest paths of soul. Our dialogue spanned initiation, coherence, masculine/feminine polarity, somatic attunement, and what it means to lead from a place of deep interbeing.
These are the conversations that fire me up. It isn’t just about leadership, it’s about remembering what the Earth never forgot. It’s about tending the soil of our inner lives so we can show up whole in the outer world. As within, so without.
There’s much more to come.
We’ll be releasing new episodes weekly, sometimes twice a week. We already have 14 conversations recorded, and I’m genuinely energized by every one of them. These are the kinds of dialogues I’ve always loved: soulful, searching, unscripted. Held in the liminal space between breakdown and breakthrough. This is the space of emergence.
I feel lucky to be having them. And even luckier to be able to share them.
I hope you find something resonant here. Something useful. Something that stirs.
More very soon.
