I too have been much more willing to be open even outsiders of our weekly meetings and that has been a great gift for me in addition to the amazing connections and friendships that we have fostered.

In that sense, emotional strength as well as courage is indeed important for us to cultivate. Also, by being vulnerable and connecting deeply with others, we're able to better process our problems/struggles that we're experiencing and heal more effectively.
